Dear Brothers & Sisters: Update on AA Equity Distribution Mailings – September 6, 2013
It has come to our attention that notices of eligibility that were sent to some TWU represented AA employees did not have correct data for years of service with AA in a TWU represented craft/class. Those notices were based on information from the Company which the TWU Equity Distribution Committee has determined to contain inaccuracies. The information from the Company has been reviewed and we have located the source of the inaccuracies. It is important to note that qualifying time is determined strictly by time in the TWU at AA.
New notices that contain correct information regarding years of service with AA in a TWU represented craft/class will be issued to all who were affected.
TWU represented employees whose eligibility notices did not contain such inaccuracies will not receive new notices. Please keep informed by visiting our website, aa.twu.org.
